SRHR Services
The core objective of RHSTEP is to reduce mortality and morbidity among women of reproductive age by addressing critical SRHR issues, with a particular focus on menstrual regulation and abortion-related care. In parallel, RHSTEP ensures that the sexual and reproductive health needs of women and young people are met through accessible, rights-based, and client-centered services.
To provide these essential services, RHSTEP has established clinics in 21 public hospitals across all divisions, along with a dedicated maternity clinic in Dhaka and a community-based clinic in Gaibandha. These centers provide comprehensive SRHR services, including counseling, menstrual regulation, maternal health care, screening for cervical and breast cancer, and family planning.
