On 10 December 2025, an awareness programme was organized at the Gaibandha Centre under the initiative of UYP, marking International Human Rights Day, with the participation of 19 adolescents and youth.

The programme commenced with a welcome address delivered by Mr. Enamul Haque, Accounts and Admin Officer (Unit Head) of RHSTEP Clinic and Alor Dhara Pathshala, who also presided over the session. Youth Officer Mr. Tajbiul Islam conducted an in-depth discussion on human rights and fundamental rights, highlighting the specific rights applicable to adolescents in the context of Bangladesh. A PowerPoint presentation was subsequently presented by Youth Officer Ms. Asfia Khatun.

The session also included a quiz competition and group work activities focused on human rights. The programme concluded with feedback and reflections from the participants.
