On 6 November 2025, UYP–RHSTEP Gaibandha organized “Networking Workshop-4” at Alor Dhara Pathshala, Gaibandha, under the chairpersonship of Youth Officer Ms. Asfiya Khatun. The workshop brought together adolescents and youth participants to build networks, enhance skills, and strengthen their role in community development.

The event was attended by Mr. Md. Enamul Haque, Accounts and Admin Officer of RHSTEP; Mr. Md. Tajbiul Islam Turjo, Youth Officer; youth advocates and mentors; and Mr. Sheikh Zialu Karim Tipu, an art instructor from the District Shilpakala Academy.

The workshop focused on developing essential competencies among participants, including leadership skills, teamwork, and innovative thinking. Sessions also provided introductory knowledge on poster design, debate competition guidelines, and key public health topics such as Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

Through interactive discussions and activities, participants were encouraged to collaborate, exchange ideas, and strengthen their networks, enabling them to play more effective roles in addressing community challenges.

The primary objective of the workshop was to unlock youth potential and empower them to contribute more actively to community development through collective action and informed decision-making.

The programme concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Md. Enamul Haque, who appreciated the active participation of the youth and emphasized the importance of continued engagement and collaboration.
