On 16 October 2025, Aparajeyo Tarunno (UYP), under RHSTEP, organized a successful networking meeting at its Barishal Centre with the objective of unlocking youth potential and strengthening collaboration among key stakeholders.

The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Brigadier General A.K.M. Mashiul Munir, Director of Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital, who visited the centre prior to the meeting and reviewed its ongoing activities. Other distinguished attendees included Mr. Mehebub Morshed (Litu), Deputy Director and District Family Planning Officer; Mr. Pronoy Halder, Upazila Family Planning Officer; Dr. Nilima Das from RHSTEP Medical Services; Accounts and Admin Officer Mr. Mizanur Rahman; Counselor Ms. Khadija Khanom; Ms. Sultana Raziya, Project Officer of AVAS; and Mr. Rakib Hossain from SBDWS. Students from local schools and colleges also actively participated in the programme.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Abu Bakkar Siddique Nabin, followed by a welcome address from Youth Officer Mr. Joy Hari Biswas. A comprehensive PowerPoint presentation was delivered, highlighting the overall activities, achievements, and progress of UYP initiatives.

During the discussion segment, distinguished guests shared their valuable insights, appreciated the impact of UYP programmes, and provided strategic guidance to further strengthen youth-focused interventions.

The meeting concluded with closing remarks from Project Officer Ms. Salma Khanom, marking the successful completion of the event.
