RHSTEP’s Unlocking Youth Potential (UYP) – Aparajeyo Tarunno, Mymensingh organized “Networking Meeting-01” on 24 August 2026 to strengthen collaboration around youth development, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and leadership.

The meeting highlighted UYP’s ongoing activities on SRHR, mental health, nutrition, gender equality, child marriage prevention, disability inclusion, health rights, and safe living. The project also provides free skill-development opportunities, including computer training, music practice, library facilities, AI workshops, film, and digital content creation.

During the meeting, Senior Assistant Commissioner Sonia Hossain Jisan appreciated UYP’s initiatives and emphasized expanding youth skills and leadership activities. She also suggested incorporating information and services related to legal aid and access to justice into UYP activities.

Representatives from government and non-government organizations, educational institutions, and development organizations participated in the meeting, sharing their perspectives and expressing their commitment to supporting youth-focused initiatives.

The meeting was moderated by Youth Officer Ershadul Haque and chaired by Project Officer Resmina Haque. Participants emphasized the importance of strengthening youth leadership, skills development, partnerships, and positive social participation to help build a skilled, aware, responsible, and inclusive generation.
